dotnetfx.exe是微软Windows升级到.net技术的一个进程（又及修复.net框架用的命令），需要安装Microsoft® .net framework 组件获得。如果在安装 Visual Studio .NET Windows 组件更新或 Visual Studio .NET 之后安装了 IIS，则必须修复 .NET 框架才能成功地创建 Web 应用程序和 XML Web services。这不是纯粹的系统程序，但是如果终止它，可能会导致不可知的问题。
